I am thinking about adopting a blue heeler dog, and im wondering if it would be a good dog.?

We have 2 cats, one is indoor outdoor,and the other is indoor. We have a big yard, and have a place to keep her in. There are 2 kids, 1 is 11, the other is 13.

You need to think about why these people are willing to give their dog away for free. I would wager it is because the dog bites the kids, barks non-stop in the yard through sheer boredom, and tears up everything in its path, also through boredom.
