As I was basking in the sun a Jewish guy walked by in full clothing suit, dress pants, dress shirt, jacket etc.. in 90 degree weather. I wasnt dress tznius as I am a convert and I don't believe that women should not be able to do anything while supposed religious men parade around the shore gazing at every women laying out in the sun. WHY CANT WOMEN DO AS MEN DO IN JUDAISM!!!!?????

Orthodox converts are expected to be particularly observant, and I am not aware of any Orthodox authority that would approve the conversion of someone holding your attitudes, let alone who was planning not to adhere to at least a minimum of tznius (such as not sunbathing).

Meanwhile, according to your own story, the Orthodox Jewish man you describe was observing tznius (yes, it applies to men too) and since according to halacha, men are not allowed to look at scantiliy clad women, either he was not looking, or if he was, then he was in violation of what is considered appropriate - in other words, he was acting wrongly and so were you, so you were acting out equally. Saying that it's unfair that you aren't allowed to wear a swimsuit at a public beach (but do anyway), while a man isn't allowed to wear a swimsuit and look at women (but does look anyway) doesn't make any sense. You might as well say that you killed a guy because you don't believe women should be subjected to the laws against murder, but as you were pulling out the knife you saw a religious Jewish man eating a bacon cheeseburger, and why is that fair to women?

To put it more simply, if you want to act as he did, cover up at the beach and look at the men - you would be just as wrong, but at least if someone said something to you about your actions and not the man's, you could then make the argument that women "CAN'T DO AS MEN DO IN JUDAISM" with a true comparison of your behavior against his.
